[Demonstration] BIDS integration in Shanoir
New feature: Dataset processing
Dataset processing Dataset processing is an important part of neuro-imaging. Images can be processed for image segmentation, calibration, filtering and others procedures that will produce enhanced images. These images should be kept along with original ones. This is now possible in Shanoir to define a dataset processing with one or…
Now migrated to Spring Boot 2 and Java 11
Shanoir-NG is now based on Spring Boot 2.4.5 and Java 11 to assure, that all technical frameworks Shanoir-NG is based on, remain up-to-date for all upcoming future extensions.
New feature: Tags in Shanoir
New search again optimised!
MR Spectroscopy (MRS) Support
Shanoir-NG now imports MR Spectroscopy (MRS) DICOM files (SIEMENS), detects them and assigns their MR Dataset Nature automatically (single-voxel or multi-voxel). In parallel with that development a better management for DICOM Enhanced has been introduced, next to a better display of previously pseudonymized DICOM files (patient icon).
Search optimized: as user-friendly as possible
