For logistic reasons, we need to collect some information about the catering and the social events. Please let us know as soon as possible which events you will be attending.
To do so, it’s very simply: just go on your profil page ( http://v4.congres-vert.org/wifs2017/login.html ), type your last name and your reference number ( WIFS2017-XXXXXX ).
This informations were given on the confirmation email you should received after your registration.
Click on the button ” Edit my conference options” and complete the different items for the catering and the social events. Don’t forget to click on the ‘save’ button.
Remember that the social event is already included in your registration conference fees, but reservation is required. So, don’t forget to check the case if you want to attend the social event.
Extra tickets for companions:
If you need to order extra tickets for accompanying people attending the social events (80 €), click on the button ” Manage my companions“. You will be able to order and pay online (by credit card only) extra tickets for the excursion to Le Mont St Michel followed by the Conference dinner on Wednesday, Dec. 6.
